FAQ

How do I get in touch?

Easy! I've got an interest form at the bottom of every page on my website. Click "I'm interested!" to fill out an interest form. I will get back to you as soon as I can to see if my schedule and your needs line up. Please also feel free to just email, call, or text if that's easier or you have a quick question!

Why is there a time window for walks?

I have many clients with different needs for their pets. In order to get around to everyone I ask for a minimum 2 hour time window to help with scheduling (of which I am very thankful!).   

Are there any discounts?

Yes! I offer 5% off every walk if you schedule recurring walks with me (at least 3 a week). For extra pets in the same house I offer 50% for each additional pet. That's not all either, I also offer 3 free walks if you refer a friend available to both parties!

Where do I see the reports?

I do all my walks through the Time To Pet app available on Desktop and on IOS and Android for on the go. You will receive an email from me to activate your account where you can then fill out your profile for your pets needs and sign our contracts and documents. This is also where you you see how the walk went, cute pictures of your loved one, and GPS tracking of where we went that day. This is also where you can see upcoming visits, request changes, and schedule new requests.

Why are Adventure Walks only Mon/Fri?

Most of my clients needs fall Tuesday-Thursday leaving Monday and Friday with some extra time. I use those mornings for Adventures Walks usually starting at 9. For safety reasons I currently limit these to 3 dogs and require all dogs get along since they will be in the car together.

What times can I request?

I mostly do walks from 8:30-4:30 Mon-Fri but can be available outside those hours upon request for a small additional fee of $5. There is an additional $5 charge for weekends as well. *These charges do not apply for Adventure Services or House Sitting Services

How do I pay?

Time To Pet is not only where to see your loved ones walks, but also the place to see all your invoices sent out on the first of every month. If you have a card on file they will be automatically charged. If not, I give a 2 week buffer so no rush on getting them paid. Need more time? Just let me know, I'm an easy going dude!

*There is one exception to this, I sometimes offer packages for clients that want to pre-pay at a bigger discount than the recurring walks. These invoices are sent out before the walks occur so they can apply immediately.

Is my pet safe with you?

Of course! I go the distance making sure every pet feels safe and loved. I am bonded, insured, and certified in pet first aid so if anything with your pet or your home were to happen you both will be covered.

Why is my pet so cute?

Studies at Harvard and Princeton have shown that cuteness of your pet is directly correlated to how much they love their owners. If you find your pet is constantly melting your heart and the hearts of others, data shows that you're an amazing pet parent!
